CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Southampton.
COMPANY DETAILS:
As IT Support Engineer, the role will involve working within a small IT team where you’ll be expected to operate independently, use your initiative, and contribute to a broad range of technical responsibilities.
YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT ENGINEER WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintain servers, Active Directory, and Windows 11 systems
- Administer M365, virtual servers, and backups
- Manage networks, SQL databases, and reports
- Support mobile devices and peripherals
- Provide on-site IT support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Windows 11 support and M365 administration
- Hyper-V virtual servers and Veeam backups
- SQL databases and Crystal Reports
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Salary ranges from £34,000-£35,000 dependant on experience.

LOCATION:
Southampton (Office based) - Commutable from nearby locations such as Portsmouth, Romsey, Waterlooville and Winchester.
